Martindale Home Design (MHD) works with clients to provide the most accurate and quality home design and construction plans in the valley. We work with builders and clients alike to make the first step in the home building process an enjoyable and professional experience. MHD is owned and operated by Craig Martindale. Craig has been in the residential construction industry for 20 years. His first 7 years was spent building homes in the family owned construction business. The last 13 years have been spent designing and drawing homes. Craig has a degree in Architecture with his focus being on residential. MHD has had the opportunity to design homes from Park City, Ut. to St. George, Ut. and has had several Parade of Homes projects along the way. Hands-on construction experience gives MHD an edge over most of our competitors where the intimate knowledge of how things work in the field and on the job makes a big difference.
